➤ What amenities are included?

Here's what you can expect

Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, espresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, blender, hoover, heater, TV, music system, blue tooth box, beach accessories…

On request we provide cot, bath, high chair and toys free of charge!

➤ Introducing the Casas del Mar Lanzarote Voucher

Unlock the benefits of our exclusive voucher, applicable for reservations at Casa Esquina del Mar, Casa Helena del Mar & Casa Azmira del Mar.

To utilize your voucher, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Please note that the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with special promotions, last-minute offers, or supplementary services such as wellness, breakfast, dinner, etc. Cash payouts for vouchers are not permitted, and each voucher is subject to an expiration date.

Your stay must occur before the voucher's expiration date

➤ Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of 150€ is required upon arrival, payable in cash.
Upon departure, we will inspect the property for any damages, breakages, or excessive mess.

Assuming everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to you in cash

➤ Access to the location

The owner has, without prior notice, the right of access at any time to check for irregularities or possible unforeseen problems (e.g. problems with water, electricity, smoke, fire, smell, gas, jacuzzi, swimming pool, etc.)

➤ Is a rental car necessary?

To fully experience the beauty of Lanzarote's hidden gems, a rental car is highly recommended.

Our properties are located in tranquil areas, away from mass tourism.

We collaborate with a trusted rental company, providing competitively priced, fully insured vehicles with no hidden fees. Upon your arrival at the airport, we will greet you, assist with rental car pickup, and handle all necessary paperwork

➤ How far is the airport from my vacation rental?

Only 20 km away from the airport a 25 min drive.

➤ How can I obtain the keys?

Rest assured, we'll personally welcome you at the airport, facilitate your rental car pickup, and assist with paperwork. From there, we'll accompany you to your resort, ensuring a seamless start to your holiday without any concerns about transportation

➤ Are bedding and towels provided?

Absolutely! Bedding, kitchen towels, bath towels, and even beach towels are all included at no extra cost.

We refresh towels every 7 days, and if you need fresh ones in between, there's a washing machine available at every resort.

For additional towel changes within the 7-day period, a small fee applies

➤ When can I check in and check out?

Your resort is ready for check-in by 3 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is required by 10 am on the day of departure. If you have a late flight, we're happy to store your luggage for you.

We make it a point to greet you at the airport, guiding you to your accommodation. To ensure a smooth arrival, please provide us with your flight details, arrival time, and mobile phone number.

For added convenience, we offer rental car arrangements exclusively for our guests. Partnering with a trusted car rental company, we can provide you with a competitively priced vehicle. All cars are delivered to the airport, fully insured with no mileage restrictions, and no additional charges for refuelling. Plus, a second driver is included in the price.

➤ I would like to stay longer then 7 nights… is this possible?

Absolutely! We welcome the opportunity for you to indulge in our little slice of paradise for an extended period. Inquire about our special rates for a 10-day holiday!

Additionally, depending on flight availability, you have the flexibility to extend your stay by 1, 2, 3, or more nights. Please note that the minimum stay is 5 nights, with a maximum of 42 nights at the same location

➤ What is the cancellation policy?

If for any personal reason you have to cancel your reservation we apply the following rules:

• More than 6 months before the arrival date the deposit will be paid back to your bank account - an administration fee of 45€ will be reduced

• Between 6 months and 2 months before arrival, the deposit will not be paid back
but the paid money will be reduced, without any costs, if you make a new reservation for a stay within 12 months.

• Less than 2 months and before 1 month before arrival the deposit will not be paid back but the paid money will be reduced, without any costs, if you make a new reservation for a stay within 9 months.

• When you’re not able to come within 9 or 12 months like previewed you have always the possibility to use the paid amount and come to enjoy your little piece of paradise after that period.

• A supplementary fee, between 15% and 30% on the total rental price, will be in supplement depending on the season.

• The only obligation is that the reservation is made before 9 or 12 months.

• Less than 1 month before arrival the deposit will not be paid back and 25% off the payment will be reduced if you make a new reservation for a stay within 9 months.

• A cancelation request has to be sent by email to info@casasdelmarlanzarote.com and will be confirmed by email.

• The start date of the allowed 9 or 12 months is the date of your cancellation confirmation.

• The above cancellation conditions apply in personal circumstances if the cancellation is due to a third party, such as an airline, government, or decisions by third parties, Casa del Mar Lanzarote has the right to adjust or refuse the cancellation conditions.

•A reservation can only be cancelled once without costs if for any reason, even force major, if you have to cancel a second time a supplementary cost of 25% of the total rental price will be charged for a new reservation within 9 or a maximum of 12 months. There’s never a refund of the paid amount.

• If we allow using our cancellation conditions, an advance of 50% of the outstanding balance must be paid for a new reservation within the requested period, after payment, the dates are definitively fixed.

• The payment of the prepayment in our confirmation letter is the acceptance of our sales conditions.

➤ Where can I rent a bike, scooter or motorbike?

In Costa Teguise are several places where you can rent bikes, scooters and even motorbikes.

Some of these companies have a delivery and pick up service.
